A US electronic component manufacturer had spare production capacity in its factories and asked us to match its capabilities with gaps in the market it might address.
We visited their facilities and got to understand the business, its objectives and current pain points. We audited their capabilities and identified 10 possible products that could close a market gap. These were prioritised in a joint workshop with our customer. We undertook product specification and performance simulation work and conducted tutorials to bring the company’s engineers up to speed on the new technologies.
